The Gift Of A Smile

i heard somewhere that it is not by giving but by receiving that we make lasting connections.

And I am not just thinking of the three drinks others have bought for me at Woodhull Sexual Freedom Summit...

You our can tell a lot by how strangers pass one another in a hallway or respond to incidental eye contact. The great gift at this event is the nearly universal spontaneous smile. I have been amazed, and utterly charmed by the fountain of warm smiles from a gathering at which I had never met ANYONE before.

I am am not going to say that this is necessarily because the common goal is sexual freedom, or the friendly inclusion of condoms and lube and a discrete vibrator in the swag bag, but one suspects.

Much interesting content and conversation, for young and old. So busy, so well and thoughtfully done.
